Downloading the material, collating into booklet form and printing are made easier by accessing the downloadable e-book via the link above. This pdf file is ready for printing and is formatted with the footnotes on each page and the discussion questions at the end of each chapter.
Printing the current form is simple. However, the content can be copied e.g. to Word to change the cover or the discussioon questions (see Licence) but then the document may need to be reformatted.
